Pamela made landfall on the western coast of Mexico as a Category One hurricane but weakened to a tropical storm as it moved inland while bringing torrential rain, strong winds and taking down trees and poles.
Authorities across Spain remain on high alert after storms brought more than 9,000 lightning strikes on Wednesday.
Dozens of people were evacuated from their homes and at least one house was destroyed, local media reported.
The second time within 6 months, flash floods, tornadoes, and heavy thunderstorms are putting Central Texas under water again on Friday.
