Anthony Kiedis Of Red Hot Chili Peppers Cancels Concert Due To Being Hospitalized

The Red Hot Chili Peppers canceled a California show Saturday after singer Anthony Kiedis was reportedly hospitalized. Bassist Flea told the audience, “Unfortunately there’s a medical thing that happened and he needed to deal with it,” The band had been scheduled to play at KROQ’s annual Weenie Roast at Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in California. According to Billboard, Kiedis was taken to the hospital from the venue after suffering from severe stomach pain.
