Senate Votes On Gun Control As Sandy Hook Families Head To Court

Monday a renewed energy surrounding gun control and gun laws will take center stage in Washington as the Senate plans to hold rare votes on new firearm restrictions. The votes come on the same day, that family members of victims in the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre will return to court in Connecticut, as part of a lawsuit against the maker, distributor and dealer of the AR-15-style assault rifle that was used in the elementary school attack.
