Some taped their mouths shut in protest for a fair election and free speech despite the fact that their favored candidate has already endorsed Hillary for president and has urged his followers to vote for her in the general election.
Hundreds of Bernie Sanders supporters gathered in Vermont Park, outside Philadelphia on Sunday, to hold a rally in support of the Senator just before the Democratic National Convention, despite the fact that Sanders has already endorsed Clinton. The crowd heard impassioned speeches from actors Susan Sarandon and Danny Glover, who backed Sanders throughout his ultimately unsuccessful bid for Democratic presidential nomination.
