President-elect Joe Biden on Monday said that his transition team is facing ongoing roadblocks. The roadblocks come from President Trump's political leadership at the Pentagon. Several of the blocks also come from the Office of Management and Budget, says Business Insider. Drone footage released Tuesday courtesy of Mikhail Korostylev shows the moment when a pod of mammal-eating orcas attacked and killed a minke whale in the Avacha Gulf, southeast of Kamchatka. The footage, filmed by the Far East Russia Orca Project on June 25, tracked the group of orcas as they followed the whale until it was fatigued before attacking and eating it. Scientists involved in the project said it was a rare to catch such a hunt as there are only around 200 carniverous orcas of this type in the Kamchatka region.
