FBI Files Motion to Dismiss Lawsuit by Charleston Shooting Victims

Description

The FBI filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought to court by those affected by the deadly Charleston church shooting. The lawsuit claims the bureau failed to ultimately the deny the legal purchase of a fire, which Dylann Roof used to kill nine innocent people. The suit continues that the FBI's failure accounts to a negligent violation of the government's duty. But the FBI argued in a motion that their agents can only block a sale for three days.
