5 Exercise and Nutrition Tips to Ease Jet Lag

One of the worst parts of traveling for some is that lull in energy called jet leg. Here are some fitness and nutrition tips to help ease you through a transitioning sleep schedule so jet lag doesn't mess with your slumber. First, to keep with your own routine and rhythm, make sure to exercise at the same time every day; don't miss an hour. Make sure to do your work out in natural light whether you are outside to near a window. And don't work out right before you head to bed. For nutrition, keep yourself hydrated on the plane and throughout your trip, and eat your meals at the same times throughout the day.
