Electric Shock Excercise Craze Creates a Buzz in London

Description

Here's something that might shock you - British Fitness company Exerceo Training became the first company to introduce an electrifying technique in fitness and exercising. Exerceo clients arrive to one of several private fitness studios in London and put on a special suit that uses Electric Muscle Stimulation, or EMS, to send controlled electric shocks to specific targeted areas of the body, causing electric impulses and vibrations in muscles during exercise. Exerceo training have a number of private fitness studios with EMS qualified trainers across London and the method has already been tested by top sports stars including Lionel Messi and Usain Bolt. But why would anyone want to do this? EMS shocks the muscles during training, causing the training itself to be much more difficult, intensify the exercising process, so clients get much more out of their EMS session than a routine trip to the gym.
