Johnny Depp's defamation lawsuit against Amber Heard has been delayed until August 2020 after he failed to meet a deadline to submit records of his drug and alcohol use.

Johnny Depp lost his libel case against a British tabloid that had labeled him a "wife beater" in an article about his ex-wife Amber Heard.
