Two Killed, Two Wounded At New York's J'Ouvert

Description

Two people were shot dead and two others were left wounded early Monday morning in Brooklyn, New York, as celebrations for Labor Day’s New York Caribbean Carnival Parade, J'Ouvert, was being held since last night. Despite doubling down on NYPD officers this year, because of the incidents that led to two others dead in last year's J'Ouvert, shots were fired on Monday near Prospect Park, where 17-year-old Tyreke Borel was shot dead.
