Dallas Mayor and Police Chief Hold Presser on Sniper Shootings

Footage courtesy of the Dallas Police Department shows Dallas mayor Mike Rawlings and Dallas Police Department Chief David Brown as they held a joint press briefing in Dallas on Thursday, right after two snipers opened fire on police during a march for African American police shooting victims Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile in the Dallas city center. 5 police officers were killed and 6 others received injuries.
