Trump Had A Tough Weekend

There were more than a few reasons why Donald Trump probably hopes Americans can forget this weekend. He lied about a failed meeting with the billionaire Republicans who have bankrolled the party, Charles and David Koch. Trump claimed the Koch's had asked for the meeting and that he had refused to go. The Kochs said that Trump had actually requested the meeting and they refused. The NFL also revealed that Donald Trump lied about sending a letter asking to clear up Presidential debate scheduling conflicts. But he also attacked the parents of a Muslim American veteran who died serving the United States in the Iraq war. While Donald Trump will try to pretend this weekend never happened, Democrats will make sure everyone remembers that it did.
