Judoka from favela wins Brazil's first gold of Rio Olympics

Description

Brazil's Rafaela Silva, who grew up in Rio's notorious City of God slum, won Brazil's first gold medal of the Rio Games in the women's under-57kg judo. Her win proves "if you have a dream you have to fight and it will come true", she says.
