3 Phoenix Police Officers Hit by Car in 'Intentional' Act - CCTV *GRAPHIC*

Surveillance video released by the Phoenix Police Department on Wednesday, shows the moment three police officers were struck by a car outside a Quik Trip gas station around 2 AM local time in Phoenix on Tuesday. Phoenix Police Chief Joe Yahner wrote on his Facebook page that a suspect, identified as Marc LaQuon Payne, was "attempting to run them over."
