EU project in the balance? Reforms and trade deals a hard sell (part 2)

After Brexit, Brussels is feeling the blowback against globalization much closer to home. Belgium's Wallonia region so far blocking a free trade deal between the EU and Canada. In the grand scheme, a trade agreement with Canada may not seem earth-shattering but that's precisely the point says Canada's prime minister, Justin Trudeau: If they can't agree on this, what can they agree on? Is it the credibility of the whole European project that's at stake?
