Trump Was New To Water Purification Tablets

Description

Amid his administration's widely panned recovery effort after Hurricane Maria battered the island and left millions without power or running water, President Donald Trump visited Puerto Rico earlier this week. • The Effects Of The Government Shutdown

According to Business Insider, "The partial shutdown of the federal government is now in day 24 and has complicated things for several government agencies and services. Though all essential government services remain open, Americans may feel the shutdown's wide-ranging effects." A few simple examples would be longer lines at airports, built up trash in national park areas, and fewer food safety inspections across the country. These may be minor issues, but over time they can grow into bigger ones.

  • Perish The Thought: What Would Happen If Truckers Didn't Keep On Truckin'

The next time you see a long-haul trucker, give him or her a wave or at least a nod of respect. Because according to Business Insider, without them, American society would utterly collapse. Why? 71% of freight in the US is moved by long-haul truckers. If truckers were to stop working, virtually everything in modern life would be affected. Computers wouldn't be fixed. Medicines and oxygen tanks wouldn't be delivered. Garbage would pile up.
