They say that NFL means Not For Long, when it comes to contracts. Business Insider says that a lot of times big money deals are rarely guaranteed to football players. But there are some who Business Insider says managed to bank significant earnings. They published a list of the 25 highest paid players in the NFL. Quarterback Peyton Manning nabs the top spot, making over $248 million dollars, Eli Manning is number two and Tom Brady comes in third banking $197 million. Although Tony Romo comes in at number 15, he cashed in a cool $127 million. Michael Vick also made the list, raking in 124 million.

2 Arrested After Climbling Stadium During NFL Match in Anti-DAPL Protest

Two protesters were arrested after climbing into the rafter of the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and unfurling a large banner protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline, or DAPL, during an NFL game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Since it was approved in late July, 1,172 mile long pipeline has sparked outrage among Native American communities, North Dakota locals, US citizens, and environmentalists around the world.
