Les présidents français et allemand ont inauguré ensemble ce vendredi le premier historial franco-allemand sur la Grande Guerre, au Hartmannswillerkopf (Haut-Rhin). 7.000 soldats sont morts pendant la guerre de 1914-1918 sur ce massif des Vosges.
