Users Say iPhone X Doesn't Work In The Cold

Winter has arrived and some Apple iPhone X users have discovered a bug that causes the phone to freeze up in the cold weather. One Reddit user wrote, "It literally takes 2 seconds from going inside to the cold outdoors and my screen stops being very responsive." Apple issued a statement saying that an “upcoming software update” will resolve the issue.
