Facebook rolls out Messenger Kids app

Description

Facebook has announced a new version of Messenger, called Messenger Kids which is aimed at children. According to Facebook the child friendly version of Messenger will roll out in the United States on iOS-powered apple devices. The messenger app does not create a facebook account for the users it’s designed for, just a messenger account, the goal of which is to make communicating easier for parents and children. Every aspect of the messenger designed for kids as young as six years old can be tightly controlled by a parent down to who they chat with and from what device.
