The company said last month it was pursuing an initial public offering (IPO), the first British automaker to do so for decades. The automaker will publish a prospectus later on Thursday and hopes to announce its final pricing on or around Oct. 3.     According to Autonews.com, Aston Martin CEO Andy Palmer says he intends to float the company on the London Stock Exchange by the end of the year. The luxury automaker said it had filed a registration document with the U.K.'s Financial Conduct Authority, which is a requirement of companies considering an initial public offering. In a statement to Reuters Palmer said he hoped the flotation would be complete by the end of the year. If all goes as planned the decision coincides with the timeline Britain has set for a Brexit deal with the European Union.
