According to Business Insider, the obese 36-year-old dictator is a heavy smoker. That's fueled speculation that he would experience complications if he were to contract COVID-19. North Korea's propaganda outlets have been quiet about infection rates in the pariah state. While its capital, Pyongyang, reports suspected cases, it has yet to confirm positive cases. It blames a lone defector from South Korea for bringing in the virus.
