Kids' Choice Awards Nominees Announced

On Tuesday, Nickelodeon announced the nominees for the 2018 Kid's Choice Awards. The Last Jedi and Wonder Woman are among the nominees for Favorite Movie. Chris Pratt scored a favorite actor nod for Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 2. Daisy Ridley was nominated for favorite actress for The Last Jedi. WWE Superstar John Cena will host this year's awards. The awards will air Saturday, March 24, at 8 p.m.

    Nickelodeon announced Tuesday that "Ant-Man," ''Avengers: Age of Ultron, "Cinderella," ''Daddy's Home," ''Jurassic World," ''Pitch Perfect 2," ''Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" are up for favorite film at the 29th annual Kid's Choice Awards ceremony. The Awards show will be held March 12 at the Forum in Inglewood, California. Blake Shelton will also be hosting this years ceremony. They have also added two new categories this year for favorite cooking show and music collaboration.

    On Tuesday, The fifth annual Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards unveiled some of the athlete nominees for several categories. The Hollywood Reporter exclusively revealed the nominees. Categories range from King of Swag, to clutch player of the year.     Nominees for the 21st annual Critics' Choice Awards were unveiled Monday, with "Mad Max: Fury Road" leading the pack with 13 nods, including Best Picture, Charlize Theron for both Best Actress and Best Actress in an Action Movie and Tom Hardy for Best Actor in an Action Movie. "Carol," "The Martian," and "The Revenant" scored nine nominations each, and "Spotlight" earned eight nominations, followed by "The Big Short" with seven and "The Hateful Eight" with six.
