T-Mobile plans to launch a new streaming TV service in 2019

T-Mobile is diving head first into streaming. Tech Radar reports that the cell phone carrier recently acquired Layer3 TV. They're planning to launch a still unnamed streaming TV service in 2019. T-Mobile CEO John Legere announced their plan in a video, saying that it will allow users to access a variety of content across platforms that will "disrupt legacy cable and satellite TV's distribution model(s).
