Laura Smet et David Hallyday auront-ils gain de cause concernant l'héritage de leur père, Johnny Hallyday, décédé en décembre 2017 ? Ce jeudi, un juge doit examiner le dossier lors d'une première audience. David Hallyday et Laura Smet ont en effet saisi le tribunal de grande instance de Nanterre pour tenter de régler le litige sur l'héritage de leur père qui les oppose à Laeticia Hallyday. Ils ont demandé un référé devant la justice pour avoir un droit de regard sur l'album posthume de leur père Johnny Hallyday, ainsi que le gel de son patrimoine immobilier et des droits d'auteur, tous attribués à sa femme.
