Dropbox Reveals Plan for Upcoming IPO

Description

Dropbox plans to list 36 million shares when it goes public later this year. The company estimates the price of each of those shares between $16 and $18. Dropbox filed for its IPO in February and will trade under ticker symbol DBX. An SEC filing shows it lost $111 million on revenue of $1.1 billion in 2017.
