Warren Buffett is once again offering Berkshire Hathaway employees a chance to get rich quick with the help of their March Madness bracket. This year, employees that pick a perfect Sweet 16 will win $1 million a year for life. Additionally, the employee whose bracket remains perfect will take home $100,000 in winnings. This year, the contest is just for employees, but the prize is more attainable than ever — if any one of Berkshire Hathaway's more than 300,000 employees is able to perfectly predict the teams that will make it to the Sweet 16, they'll win $1 million a year for life.
