Half a century on, Martin Luther King's legacy is more relevant than ever. 50 years after the assassination of the iconic civil rights leader, the latest Black Lives Matter rallies are a reminder of the mortal dangers African-Americans still face. They also still suffer from more poverty and discrimination than the general population. Nonetheless, conditions have improved. But just how much? What would Martin Luther King say if he were alive today?
