Former President Donald Trump granted extended Secret Service protections to his four adult children. This is also extended to their spouses, according to Business Insider. He made this move before he left the White House in a last effort of wielding power. This expensive, full-time security detail is an unexpected move for most. The extended security detail could cost taxpayers millions of dollars. Given the amount of traveling that the Trump children do, the cost could be astronomical.
The Defense Business Board is a Pentagon advisory group that has recently undergone a purge at the hands of the Trump administration. Now, one of the survivors of that purge has resigned in protest. When looking at a map, the leader of the free world had to be told where the countries were located.

Although a lifelong Republican like her husband, Cindy McCain endorsed President-elect Biden. Business Insider reports McCain says she hopes Trump concedes gracefully, as did her late husband conceded to then-president-elect Barack Obama in 2008. The late senator was widely praised for his moving concession speech delivered on Nov. 5, 2008, just a day after Obama's projected election win. President Donald Trump has continued to falsely blame the rise in cases on a rise in testing--and media coverage.
