GOP Tax Bill to Include Repeal of Obamacare Mandate?

Republicans in the US senate are set to include the repeal of a key part of Obamacare in their soon-to-be released tax bill. The amendment, a repeal of Obamacare's individual mandate, could prompt opposition from moderate GOP senators since it could leave 13 million people without health coverage. On Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told reporters that it would be "helpful" to include the individual mandate repeal in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
