Mexican Tourist Hub Is Scene Of Grisly Violence WARNING: Graphic Content

Description

During the early-morning hours of December 20, the bodies of six men were found hanging from bridges in the northwestern Mexican state of Baja California Sur. The location is a popular tourist hub where deadly violence has risen precipitously in recent years. There has been a sharp increase in violence in Baja California Sur over the past three years. Much of it has been attributed to fighting among organized-crime groups.
