Sailors Rescued After 5 Months Lost At Sea

two American women and their dogs are back on land After more than five months stranded at sea on a crippled sailboat. Jennifer Appel and Tasha Fuiava arrived at an American naval base in Okinawa on Monday. They had been rescued by the US Navy and brought ashore on the USS Ashland. During a news conference, Appel stated, "Had they not been able to locate us, we would have been dead within 24 hours.
