San Juan Governor Ricardo Rossello is calling for the cancellation of the controversial contract with Whitefish Energy. Whitefish is a small company based in Montana that has been under intense inspection and scrutiny after they secured a deal worth hundreds of millions to restore power to hurricane ravaged Puerto Rico.
