Lawmakers Urge EPA To Pass 'Well-Rounded Biofuels Policies'

Description

A group of bipartisan United States' House lawmakers has called on the Environmental Protection Agency to recognize "the significant pitfalls and costs" of renewable fuel standards in its future legislation and called for "well-rounded" policies regarding biofuels. In a letter dated November first and reviewed by Reuters on Thursday, sixty-four lawmakers wrote Environmental Protection Agency administrator Scott Pruitt, "We look forward to working with you to put forth well-rounded biofuels policies that reflect market realities and benefit American families and businesses."
