NYC Firefighter Killed In Massive Fire On Set Of 'Motherless Brooklyn'

Access Hollywood reports that a New York City firefighter was killed battling a massive fire that broke out at a building in Harlem where a movie directed by Edward Norton was being shot. New York Fire Department Commissioner Daniel Nigro stated that the fire started in the basement of an unoccupied residential building around 11pm on Thursday. According to Nigro, two other firefighters suffered burns and were in serious condition, and three other people were wounded in the blaze. FDNY officials have identified the firefighter killed as 37 year old Micheal R Davidson, a 15 year veteran, survived by a wife and four children. The fire broke out on the set of "Motherless Brooklyn," a film starring Norton, Bruce Willis, Willem Dafoe and Alec Baldwin.
