Protesters unfurl a banner outside Britain's Houses of Parliament calling for people to join the 'Don't Pay UK' campaign which is encouraging people to refuse to pay their energy bills from October 1st. The campaign has gained popularity, with more that 115,000 people pledging to refuse payment, as the UK's cost of living crisis has worsened.
