Luke Perry's Death Certificate Released

Actor Luke Perry's death certificate has been released weeks after his passing, says TMZ. According to the certificate, Perry's cause of death was ischemic cerebrovascular accident, another term for stroke. The document also revealed that Perry was buried in Tennessee. Perry was in the middle of wedding planning when he died at the age of 52. His fiancée Wendy Madison Bauer told People magazine, "The past 11½ years with Luke were the happiest years of my life."
