Australia and Singapore are the latest countries to temporarily ground all Boeing 737 MAX planes, after the Ethiopian Airlines crash on Sunday. The US Federal Aviation Administration says the plane is safe to fly, but published a list of actions it ordered Boeing to take after last year's Lion Air crash.
