S&P Is Flat Day After Setting Record Closing High

Description

According to Reuters, the S&P is trading about flat after setting a new record closing high. By the late afternoon on April 24th, the S&P lost 2.5-points, bringing the benchmark index down to 2,931. But a day before, the S&P set a record high at the closing bell, ending the April 23rd trading session at 2,934. The S&P's latest recording closing high is still lower than its intra-day of 2,940, which the the benchmark index set on Sept. 21st last year.
