Venezuela's Guaido Calls On Troops To Support Him In Ousting Maduro

According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido called for a military uprising to oust President Nicolas Maduro and armed factions clashed at a protest outside of a Caracas air base. Witnesses reportedly claim that several dozen armed men in military uniform accompanying Guiado exchanged gunfire with soldiers acting in support of Maduro outside the La Carlota air base however the opposition did not appear to be prepared to take power by force.
