Tesla Shares Sink To Lowest Price Since 2016

According to Automotive News, Tesla shares sank to their lowest price since late 2016. On May 20th, Tesla's stock dropped almost 4-percent, bringing the price per share to $203. On the year, Tesla's stock has plummeted about 40-percent, but the electric car company's shares lost 18-percent over the last three weeks. Since May 2nd, Tesla shares have fallen 18-percent, after the company sold a $1.8 billion convertible bond and $900 million in stock to raise more capital. But investors that bought those stock offerings have lost $150 million on their investment.
