How To Properly Bring Something To A Party Besides Booze

It's generally considered bad form to arrive at a party empty-handed. But what can you bring if, for whatever reason, you don't want to bring alcohol? One idea is to bring the makings for a simple treat like a root beer float, or heat-in-the oven pizza rolls or biscuits. Or, how about a tub of chocolate chip cookies, or a big box of candy? Finally, if that's too much trouble, consider picking up a big bottle of flavored seltzer at a convenience store on the way to the party. Whatever you do, don't bring flowers---it's too much hassle for the host to deal with on the spot!
