Trump Unleashes More Vitriol On Fed Over Interest Rates

Description

President Donald Trump lashed out twice at the US Federal Reserve on Friday, once in person and once via tweet. According to Business Insider, the president is upset at interest rates, which he says are too high. Trump's tweet doubled down on comments he made earlier that day, in which he insisted that if interest rates were cut, the US "would be like a rocket ship." Trump has previously held up former President Barack Obama's administration as the ideal landscape of interest rates.
