Fox News Fact-Checks Trump Speech Praising His Environmental Record

Fox News interrupted President Donald Trump’s recent speech to fact-check him on live television. During his speech, Trump praised his administration’s environmental record. But Fox News host Shepard Smith said those policies were “widely criticized by environmentalists and academics.” He then cited a New York Times report that said more than 80 environmental rules and regulations were repealed. According to the Huffington Post, these include drilling, air pollution and wildlife regulations.
