Huawei exec vows to fight extradition to US in Canada court

Benjamin Howes, spokesman for Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou, says that 'we have trust in the legal process and look forward to seeing Ms Meng's freedom restored' following a court hearing in Vancouver. Meng, whose arrest in Canada on a US warrant triggered a bitter diplomatic row, has vowed to fight extradition to the United States.
