Chinese vice premier to travel to US despite Trump's tariff threat

China has confirmed that its Vice Premier Liu He will travel to the United States later this week for trade talks, despite Donald Trump's latest threat to hike tariffs. Washington accuses Beijing of backtracking on key commitments it made insisting that the new tariffs will go into effect on Friday. Also in the news...
