New Research Shows That Lack Of Sleep May Damage Your DNA

Description

Missing sleep can certainly make you perform poorly in school or at work, but can it damage your DNA? Mother Nature Network reports that researchers analyzed blood samples from physicians who slept 7-8 hours per night versus physicians who only slept in 2-3 hours intervals.
