British Government Defeats Attempt To Prevent No-Deal Brexit

Description

According to a report by Business Insider, on Wednesday, the British government defeated an attempt, led by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, to prevent a no-deal Brexit on October 31st. The House of Commons reportedly voted against a motion which would have given Members of Parliament the power to pass legislation blocking Britain's next prime minister from crashing out of the EU without a deal in place.
