Fire Tears Through Philadelphia Refinery That Already Caught On Fire Once This Month

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday morning, a massive fire was burning out of control in Philadelphia at the largest and oldest oil refinery on the US East Coast. Philadelphia Energy Solutions said that the blaze broke out at the Girard Point section of the 335,000 barrels-per-day refinery earlier in the day and that the fire continued to burn.
