San Francisco To Vote On E-cigarette Sales Ban

Description

According to CNN, San Francisco is set to become the first US city to ban the sale of e-cigarettes. The city's board of supervisors is scheduled to vote on the decision on June 25th. The ordinance states that no person can sell or distribute an electronic cigarette within the city limits. But the ordinance will allow an e-cig product to be sold if it has undergone premarket review by the Food and Drug Administration.
